Nordic NCL Conference 2026

This Conference is aimed for:

Ø     Professionals working within the NCL field, in many different capacities  and professions, and

Ø     Parents of NCL children

Program

The draft agenda will be available from mid-August on our webpage www.nordicncl.org.

As in previous years, the program will include topics like NCL-research, emerging therapies and upcoming clinical trials, Childhood dementia, multidisciplinary perspectives from clinicians, therapists and educators, personal insight from families, and more…

The contributions come from both Nordic and International speakers.

New in 2026: Optional pre‑conference networking/meetings

This year, we offer an optional networking afternoon on 1 December, before the official program begins. The skybar is reserved exclusively for meetings and networking for participants registered for this optional session and access includes a light lunch, coffee & snacks.

When registering, simply indicate whether you wish to join. A small fee will apply; with the final amount announced once we know the level of interest. We provide the framework and space, but do not arrange meetings. The session may be cancelled if interest is too low.

Venue

Malmö Arena Best Western Hotel Hyllie Boulevard 12, Malmö, Sweden.
Only 12 minutes by direct train from Copenhagen Airport, Denmark.

Registration

The registration fee covers full participation in the conference, including pizza and wine/beer on the first evening, as well as all meals, snacks, coffee/tea and non‑alcoholic beverages throughout the two conference days. Dinner is included on Day 1.

After the registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an invoice attached.

As the participation fee does not include hotel, a limited number of rooms are reserved at a special rate at Malmö Arena Best Western Hotel (from SEK 1.300/€125 per night).

- Your booking must be guaranteed with a credit- or debit card but no advance payment is made, payment is made at the hotel upon arrival. Your booking can be canceled free of charge until 16:00 on the day of arrival.

- For reservations of 4 rooms or more, please send your request to reservation@malmoarenahotel.com and state the reservation name: NCL Danmark

- Please note that the correct arrival-, departure dates and number of persons in the room must be entered directly at the top of the website after clicking on the link for the correct the rate.

Practical Information

We kindly encourage you to register as early as possible, as spaces are limited. Registration remains open until the end of September, provided seats are still available.
